Mobile version of site not displaying on phones

  Hi there,

  The mobile version of my site cholseycarbon.org is not displaying on smartphones. Weirdly, it does display when I test in the browser on my desktop – but not in a real world situation.

  I’ve tested with both Hever and Twenty Fifteen themes and get the same problem. I’ve also tested on multiple devices and the mobile theme doesn’t show up on any of them.

  I’m using the free version of WordPress.com.

  Any ideas?

  Hi there:

  This isn’t a theme issue. The problem here is that you don’t have a paid upgrade on WordPress.com to use your domain cholseycarbon.org. Loading your WordPress site via an iframe on a site hosted at GoDaddy won’t allow you to use your domain here which is why the site appears to be broken for logged out users and mobile users.

  You would need to upgrade to one of our paid plans, map your domain to your WordPress.com site, and change your domain nameservers to point to us and delete the A record.

  Only then will your site here at WordPress.com work with your custom domain.
