    Can you confirm the URL of the site you’re working on?

    Flatsome is a premium theme made for the open source WordPress software, and isn’t available in the theme showcase here on WordPress.com. For help with that theme, please contact support at the company that makes it directly.

    If you go to the page where you bought/downloaded that theme, you should find information on how to contact their support as well.
