Mobile View

My theme Sela is supposed to be mobile ready and I’ve enabled mobile, but my site does t work on mobile. It only displays my social media widgets and none of the other content on my full site. Help!

Hi there,
You’re right that Sela is designed to adapt based on the size of the screen it’s being viewed on.
It’s therefore not necessary to enable our mobile theme – it’s only intended to help in cases where an active theme isn’t already mobile-friendly and some features will be removed in order to account for all theme variations.
I recommend disabling the mobile theme and then testing your site again on mobile. Let me know if the design looks good to you after that.

Hi Derin,
Eighties is designed to automatically adapt based on the size of the screen it’s being viewed on and, therefore, should be readable on mobile devices. I visited your site on my own phone and can confirm the site looks good to me. :) If you let me know any specific parts of the site you dislike the look of on mobile, I can look into it further.
If you would like a completely different look for mobile devices then you can enable our mobile theme. To do this, first navigate to WP Admin. (WP Admin is our older interface that can be accessed by adding /wp-admin to the end of your site’s address). From there, head to Appearance > Mobile in the sidebar:

Check the “Yes” option next to “Enable mobile theme” and then “Update.”

My header photo does not adjust in size for the mobile view. Rather, it just crops at a weird place. How do I fix this? Thanks!
