mobile view cache issues

    In the last 30 days we’ve noticed that mobile view isn’t showing new home-page specific mobile updates including,
    — timer countdown script which has a dynamic date IE, this many days, hours, min until Date.
    — newly added html specifically divs
    — graphics added
    — Custom css added per the edit css in appearance.
    As a temp workaround, we’ve scrambled to append a ‘?NoCache=1’ to the end of our URL or use https more generously. However, we are seeing our rankings fluctuate now.

    To date, we have been using WP jetpack CDN for image delivery, though the last set of updates included a few images that were pathed specifically to the site and don’t appear in mobile view under normal conditions. IE: http

    The bizarre part is that it almost seems as this is a carrier cache issue, IE AT&T, Sprint, and Verizon was a hit or miss in random tests, but I’m unable to completely prove this.

    What changed? From our part, the updates I mentioned.
    – We’ve recently added pixel code from Facebook and retargeting code from Google.
    – The theme we’re on stopped updates some time ago, however regular and ongoing content updates within the page editor has never been an issue until now.
    – The version of WP was recently updated and is up to date

    For clarity, this renders correctly on Desktop view.
