mobile viewing issue

  please help. i have a free dotwordpressdotcom account but I will upgrade as needed. when someone goes to my thegreenbeautymama.wordpress.com site on mobile it looks GREAT but when anyone uses my redirect thegreenbeautymama.com it only shows half a page of posts? and doesn’t look like the mobile site? terrible. what can I do? thank you!

  Hi thegreenbeautymama,

  This is most likely happening because you are using domain masking to hide the free address (thegreenbeautymama.wordpress.com). This isn’t something we are going to be able to help fix because masking has been set up with your domain provider — WordPress.com isn’t designed to connect with domains in this way.

  Domain mapping will be needed to connect thegreenbeautymama.com to WordPress.com. Once this has been set up, visitors will only see the custom domain in their browser’s address bar and each post/page will use a unique URL:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/
