Mobile Vs. Desktop

    How can I show an image for mobile without affecting the video for desktop ?

    My goal is to display a video in my banner for viewers on desktop and show an image for viewers on mobile since videos are not able to be played.

    The issue I’ve been having is that when I upload an image, it is great for mobile, but it affects the desktop version by taking forever for the video to play. But, when I don’t have an image the video plays instantly, but the mobile shows a black screen.

    After consulting with WordPress help, I learned this is just how the theme functions and there are no other themes do make this happen. My only option is to use CSS coding, and I have no idea how to even begin that process.

    Hi, there, We can do this with CSS, but it would be best if you could go ahead and add the video and then let me know the URL of your uploaded image you wish to use on smaller screens. If you can do that and then let me know when you have, I can work out the code for you.
