  In the process of changing hosts, I lost fourteen pages of content with dreamhosters! I would like to have access to my original website, possibly come back soon when I have more funds, my website is terrible now! And I don’t know how to get into either wordpress or dreamhosters website to make changes. I am really upset! Sincerely, Gail Kouyate

  I found it but my url is pointing to dreamhosters and their themes are terrible!! Ty for your help!

  See mobility4africa.org see how it ruined everything? I want access to my word press site and get my link back to mobility4africa.org as the 14 pgs in WordPress. Do I need to pay for this or is it free hosting and free url editing?
  I’m very confused, need your guidance. Thank you. I only went to dreamhosters because it’s free hosting for nonprofits. People are telling me my word press is free or good for life? I know I paid $100, so I’m not sure how long that lasts!

  The site, https://mobility4africa.wordpress.com/, belongs to a different username than you’re using to post here. To access that site you need to be logged in as the username, mobility4africa.

  If you don’t remember the email address or password you’d used for that account, you can find our account recovery options here:

  That site is currently on the free plan – it used to have a Premium Plan upgrade and was connected to the mobility4africa.org domain via a domain mapping upgrade, but those upgrades expired a month ago and are no longer active.

  The site now at mobility4africa.org is using the open source WordPress software found on WordPress.org, and is hosted by Dreamhost.com, not WordPress.com, so we have no control at all over that site.

  If you exported your content from the WordPress.com site and it is not importing correctly on the Dreamhost site, you’ll need to ask for advice in the self-hosted WordPress.org forums, as we’re not able to help with imports on sites that are not hosted with us:
