Mod_Security Error – HELP!

Good morning/afternoon/evening, I guess it depends when you read this. I need some help. A few of my readers are getting the error below when they go to leave a comment, Are you able to help fix this at all? It would be greatly appreciated!
“Not Acceptable! An appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be found on this server. This error was generated by Mod_Security”.
