  I have read and understood every thing about WordPress is so good I would love to upgrade but in our country credit cards are rare to use as payment.
  Which other way can I use to pay?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can use Paypal if you would like!

  BUT

  Because payments for WordPress.com subscriptions are recurring you will still need a card connected to your PayPal account, even if you have funds in that account

  AND

  There are some countries that PayPal will not accept payments from. If you have a credit or debit card registered to an address in one of those countries, you will be unable to use your PayPal account to pay

  I do not know if turning off auto-renew and manually renewing will work in this case (anyone know the answer to this?)
