  What does moderate mean. I receive a request to moderate an item but the email consists mostly of jibberish

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Moderate means “approving”. You might have it set up so that any comments posted on your blog need to be read and approved by you before they are made public.

  The website address you posted does not seem to go anywhere, by the way.

  There is no domain mapping upgrade for ukvotersabroad.com here at WordPress.COM.

  We provide support only for blogs being hosted WordPress.COM and not for WordPress.ORG software installs. I suspect you are posting to the wrong support forum.

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
