Moderating an American wordpress-site in the Netherlands

I have a wordpress-site myself (fransdouw.wordpress.com) and I want to moderate an American wordpress-site http://www.theundergroudworker.com. Even when I follow the link that I get after my friends in the US have given me the moderatorrole I can only moderate my own site. It is very frustrating: I am trying to do this for month now. Does anybody know how I can solve this problem and moderate the site? My email is: (email visible only to moderators and staff)
