  Why am I only asked to approve some replies/comments and not all of them?

  The main page for discussion settings is here > Settings > Discussion. You can control whether comments are automatically approved or if they need to be reviewed before they are published. You can add rules for comment moderation to control which comments get marked as pending.

  Can you help me again please?
  I have sent invitations to a number of people. Some have accepted and are now shown on the All Users list. Others on Users allowed access, but they are still on the invite new list.
