  How can I put the Genesis Category Navigation Menu in the header? It seems designed for the header but on the right hand of the dashboard there is only the “right header” menu; it seems not clear how to insert the category menu in the header (between “home” and the “date”).

  You need to ask this in the premium support forum since the volunteers here in the main forums do not have access to and are not familiar with the premium themes. And also, direct access to the theme team and the theme author is part of what you are paying for.

  Go to appearance > themes in your dashboard and the link to the premium support forum will be right near the top where it shows which theme you are using.
