Modification of comments modue @ Twenty Eleven theme

    Hello, we are need to put “comment here” links above the comment bubble icon on Twenty Eleven theme. It seems unavailable to customize using free options. Our question is will it be available if ‘custom design’ option will be purchased and what code exactly must be execute in CSS sheet. Hope that question is clear.
