modify a media

  The problem occured on february 25th:
  I am no more able to modify a media using the interface as i currently used to do until now. When i try to reduce a .jpg picture i have just imported, using the arrows of the menu, it’s ok but when i try to valid using the “terminer” button, i get the warning “nous n’avons pas pu traiter cet élément” (we could not do it, in english i thing, but the interface i use speaks french) and the modification is not registered. it must not be a problem of volume as i read that i only use 3.7% of my alloted 3Go.

  Hi there,

  This is a bug, and it has already been reported to our developers. We’ll let you know here once this is fixed.

  But for now you’ll need to make any edits you want to your image before you upload it.

  For simple edits like cropping or resizing you can use the built-in photo viewing apps on Windows and Mac, you can use an online tool like https://pixlr.com/, or you can install the free photo editor, GIMP, so you don’t need expensive tools like Lightroom or Photoshop for this :)
