Modify black bacground on my gallery

  Hi,
  I created the first gallery but I would like to get rid of the black background. I read your tips but I don’t seem to be able to modify CSS directly. I’m not savvy at all – could you please suggest which code I need to use and where I need to paste it?

  shown on this page:

  The blog is thegirlwhowantedakoala.com … for some reason it’s coming up as wordpress.com but it’s not correct…

  Hello Nadia!

  The background color of your slideshow carousel can either be black or white.

  As you know, it’s currently set to black. To set it to white, click the link below:
  https://thegirlwhowantedakoala.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-media.php?settings-updated=true

  Scroll to “Background color” and change the configuration to “white.” Then, save your changes.
