Modify gallery captions' font size and style

  Hi there,
  I am migrating a website on a localhost and I am trying to change the colour and the size of the image captions. Can you please help me with the CSS code?

  This is the code I get when inspecting the page:

  <figcaption class=”blocks-gallery-item__caption”>Stalker 4G VW Logger</figcaption>

  I’ve tried the following codes, but they haven’t worked:

  .blocks-gallery-item__caption
  {
  font-size: 20px;
  }

  figcaption {
  font-size: 20px;
  }

  It looks like your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but developing via localhost.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
