modify link without redirect 301

  Hi,
  I have an heavy website because I have so many redirect 301 in .htaccess file.
  I’dl like to remove them, but I will have to modify every single lik inside of my pages.

  Are there a way to modify directly the DB? How?
  Can I do an operation like FIND AND REPLACE of word to modify the DB?
  I need an automatic way to modify many internal link of my paegs.
