  Hi,
  I see you’re using the Twenty Thirteen theme. To change it, go to Appearance -> Themes on your blog dashboard.
  The theme gallery will open up. Here you can preview and activate the theme that suits your blog.

  If you run into any problems with your theme, you can post in the themes forum, | https://en.forums.wordpress.com/forum/themes

  You’ll find basic display options for your theme under the Appearance tab.
  If you’re looking to customize your current theme, (fonts, colors and CSS) hover over your blog name and click Customize.
  This custom design is a $30 per blog, per year upgrade, and you’ll have to purchase it to make your changes live. Read about it here.
