  I don’t know how to modify, for free, the policy of my text.

  Ps : i have the premium version.

  By modify text do you mean edit the text in a post https://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/#go-back-and-edit-posts or a page https://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/#edit-a-page ? Or do you mean CSS editing?
