  Hi, I’m new in WordPress.com and I have two questions:

  . Can I modify the theme?
  . Can I do automatic pings?

  The only modifications you can do to a theme are listed in the Presentation tab of your admin interface. Some themes have more options than others.

  What kind of pings do you mean?
