Modify User form

  Hello there, please how can I get comment authors to fill out other information besides name & email? Is there a feature to modify the form they fill?

  Howdy naijaevery!
  You cannot modify the Fields, as that is not supported on WordPress.com those are default fields, You can simply Email them to get additional information, or you could Use any of the Forms on the Contact Page or any page and request Authors or users for fill out the form. But the modification of the Author Form is not possible.

  I added a contact form to my post and I have received some feedbacks via email but it seems that readers of my blog cannot comment on those posts even though my settings says allow readers to comment. does this mean I cant combine contact form with comments?

  Hi Again..!
  Yes..! Contact Form and comments are separate elements..! I suggested contact forms so that you could get the User Information from them. If you would like to change the Fields of the Author Comment Form, that is not possible.
  Also you mention You are not able to receive comments, from your Dashboard navigate to Settings–>Discussions
