Modifying Cutline

  Hey, I was just wondering if anyone could help me out:
  I’d like to use this image as a header in Cutline: http://i27.tinypic.com/nn1i5w.jpg and #E2CFEF as a background color but I don’t want the text header (currently “Cantexist’s Weblog”) or the lines above and below it there at all. Is there a way to do this? Also if possible I’d like to move the “front page” and “about” links to the sidebar.

  What changes should I make to the current stylesheet, or is there another template that would make this easier?
