Modifying Font Color so that it changes from Black to White when the Bar Appears

    Hi WordPress,

So you know how when you first login to your page on a Purpose Theme (and most themes), you cannot see the bar at the top of the page until you scroll down a little bit?

Right now the bar is blue, but I want the bar to actually be white. However, when I go and change the bar color to white, the font color of my title and my pages titles changes to black.

This does not work with my given background photo because when the bar is not activated, the black font of the title and the pages blend in with my background photo, which is relatively dark.

Anyways i want to make it so that when the white bar isn’t activated, the font color is white and when it is edited, the font color of the title and page titles changes to black so it can be read when the white bar is activated?

I have the ability to edit CSS but I am still figuring out how it works

A little confusing but hopefully this makes sense if you look at my blog.

    Thanks again,
    Mike
