Modifying mobile theme

  Hi, right now the mobile version of my theme, ubud, seems to be wasting a lot of space by showing each of the menu items on top of each other. Is there anyway to change this, maybe even turn off the menu if it’s necessary (on mobile only). I’d be happy to have only the “desktop” view showing on all devices as well but don’t know if that’s possible. Thank you!
