Modifying RSS feed template

I have a blog at wordpress.com that people can post to. Here is an example post that would render on the wordpress.com blog page.

FirstName LastName City, State

This is my post

When I go to the /feed page it looks like the following

    FirstName LastName City, State
    This is my post

Being hosted on wordpress.com is there a way to have the feed utilize a delimiter after the author section? For example I would like to delimit the feed with a colon after the State so it renders as follows

    FirstName LastName City, State:
    This is my post

    Is this possible?
    Thanks,

We can’t help without a link to the blog, starting with http.

This shouldn’t be specific to my blog I’m just wondering if it’s possible given the blog is on wordpress.com? Can wordpress.com hosted blogs have the feed altered in the way I suggested? Most of what I’ve read says there are ways to do it with wordpress.org but I haven’t found a hard yes/no answer for wordpress.com.
    Thanks,
