Howdy :)
We do not get an official notification of when a domain is going to be released for sale. My best suggestion is to check the whois details, and once the status changes from “redemption period” to “pending delete” the domain should be released within a few days.
When the domain is available you’ll be able to register it anywhere. I wish I had more specific information to share.

You’ll want to do a “whois” search. You can use Terminal on Mac or here: https://whois.icann.org/en

It can’t find it in the search. It says no domains can be found. I will check again with you in two weeks.

So I did a search again and waited for the ‘pending delete period’ to be over, which happened today, but this is what it showed me. does this mean someone else has my domain now?
