I am attempting to publish a blog post. It will not allow me to add media, save the draft, or post. What should I do?

Have you tried a different browser, such as Firefox or Chrome? I would try clearing your browser cache, clearing WordPress.com cookies, and make sure you are using a current browser.
Do you have more than one WordPress.com account? Have you verified you are logged into the account with the correct permissions for the site you are working with?
