    A few days ago renew the payment of the domain http://www.enkuentrat.com and the page is not yet online.

    I would like to know what I must do to get my domain back on track.

    P.D I do not understand why the invoice of the payment of the domain I arrived for enkuentrat.wordpress.com yes I am supposed to have paid the renewal of the first year of http://www.enkuentrat.com

    Hi there,

    It looks like your payment for the renewal was reversed. I have just sent you a manual payment request so you can pay it again. Please confirm with a reply on here once you have paid it and we will renew your domain for you.

    Hi there,

    I had a closer look at the payment details and while it was reported that you were refunded, that was not in fact the case. It seems PayPal merely lodged a dispute, but they are busy resolving it now.

    In that case I will do the following for you right now:

    1. Refund you the EUR 20 chargeback fee that you paid.
    2. Renew your domain registration and mapping for another year.

    Sorry for the confusion here, but glad we’re sorted out now!
