modlook

I posted about this yesterday but didn’t use the proper Topic Title. I have tried a few different avenues for moving stats from one site to another, including Jetpack, but none have worked. The more I read about it, the more I’m convinced I need someone from WordPress to do this.
I need stats from https://mylifewithdougie.wordpress.com moved to my new self-hosted site, which is https://www.matineeslim.com
Can someone help move my stats? Thanks!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi @bonniembyrne.
I have added the modlook tag to your post (over in the right hand sidebar) so a staff member can take a look for you.
Have a great day!

Hi,
I am obviously pretty new to this (eventually I’ll figure out what I’m doing), so thank you very much for your help!

Don’t worry about figuring it out, you’re definitely right! Since @cookgardensew has tagged staff, they’ll likely respond and help within a few hours. :)

Hi –
I can help get things moved over but I am not finding that self hosted site in the system. This makes me think that it is not connected to Jetpack yet. Have you done that already?
-
Hi,
Yes, but I just have the basic plan as I can’t afford to upgrade to any of their other plans at the moment. Will that still work?
-
I am definitely connected through the matineeslim.com account, the other one, a free WordPress account, doesn’t allow plugins.
When I go on the Jetpack site for mylifewithdougie.wordpress.com it says: We’ll be installing the Jetpack plugin so WordPress.com can communicate with your self-hosted WordPress site, but below that is a red box that states: That’s a WordPress.com site, so you don’t need to connect it.
So I’m not sure why it’s not working. Thanks for everyone’s help.

Hi there,
I can see the site, matineeslim.com, connected to this WordPress.com account, and I’ve moved the stats over from your WordPress.com site.
Please let me know if I can help with anything else.
