I am not receiving my confirmation emails. .
My blog site is https://occupythetrees.com and the email address I am trying to use is ‘ (email visible only to moderators and staff) ‘ i have tried other email addresses such as ‘ (email visible only to moderators and staff) ‘ and ‘ (email visible only to moderators and staff) ‘ with no success either.. I would prefer to use ‘ (email visible only to moderators and staff) ‘ if possible
I host my site on my own server so I don’t have any plan through you guys, but I was wondering if you could help with this email confirmation link so I can connect my site to wordpress.com with jetpack plugin

I checked the spam filter but had no luck on all the email addresses I’ve tried to change it to.. I am using my own email server (ubuntu + iredmail) so that might have something to do with it, but i’ve never had a problem with any of my other wordpress sites that i’ve set up (and i’ve used the same server for those as well)

We are sending the account activation emails, but they’re bouncing, with an error, Host or domain name not found.
I took a look at your domain’s DNS records, and while you have an MX record set up pointing to mail.occupythetrees.com, there does not appear to be any records pointing mail.occupythetrees.com to your email server. In other words, it looks like your email account is not properly configured on your domain, and you won’t be able to receive any of our emails until that is fixed.
Please contact your email provider and confirm exactly which DNS records you need for your email to work, and then contact your domain provider (if it’s someone different) for help adding those records. Once your email is working properly, our emails should start coming through.
