Hi! I bought the domain alexisdesign.art before I saw that you get the domain for free for one year, so I cancelled the payment. Now, when I try to upgrade to premium, I can’t use the domain since it still says it’s occupied. Could you help? I reallly want that domain!

Please update use here as soon as you have purchased the plan and skipped the domain option. Then we can restore and re-attach the domain. We’ll just want to work quickly.

Hey, it looks like the domain has just been released so it is too late for us to restore it, but you will be able to register it again, directly from your dashboard:
My Site>Manage>Domains>Add a domain to this site.I hope that helps :)
