  This does not require a modlook. Your email subscribers can be moved from your .wordpress.com blog to your WordPress.org install after you install and activate the JetPack plugin. http://jetpack.me Then you can then follow this guide https://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/moving-your-subscribers/#wordpress-com-to-self-hosted-site
