Hi, I am hoping a member of support staff can help with an issue that I am having with regards to viewing draft posts and pages.

Whenever I go to Preview a Post/Page that is still in draft, I get a 404 Error not found.

    My system details are:

    Mac OSX 10.8
    Javascript & Cookies enabled

Browser: Firefox 39.0.3 running the following plug-ins:
    Adblock Edge 2.1.9.1
    BetterPrivacy 1.68.1
    Disconnect 3.15.3.1
    Disconnect Privacy Icons 1.0.22
    Disconnect Search 2.0.7
    DownThemAll 2.0.17.1
    Firebug 2.0.11
    Ghostery 5.4.6
    Lightbeam 1.2.1.1
Download YouTube Videos as MP4 1.8.3.1
    MeasureIt 0.4.14.1
Random Agent Spoofer 0.9.3.1.1 (set to default when on wordpress.com)
    Tilt 1.0.1.1
    WOT 20150708

All other plugins (Flash, etc.) are running the latest versions.

    Any assistance would be appreciated.

@timethief thanks for the help, I tried disabling the two add-ons but no luck, so I disabled the rest, and still the same.

There’s an option on the post page “Switch to the improved posting experience.” so I had a look and could preview draft pages/posts.

When in this mode, extra info is added to the URL (example: /?p=1914&preview=true&preview_id=1914&preview_nonce=5b4fe09a8c)

If I go back to the standard editing view, the URL is ?p=1914 which then gives the 404

So I’m reckoning when in a standard editing view, the URL isn’t being processed correctly to show me the preview. However at least I can view the preview through the ‘improved posting’ editor.

    Thanks for your time.

staff-ozmodiar I enabled 3rd party cookies and this cleared the problem.

Thank you both for taking the time to resolve my issue.
