Modlook – I can’t upgrade

Hello,
I tried to upgrade to ECommerce plan but when I clicked on the “pay” button, an error occured : Les achats sont actuellement désactivés. Contactez-nous pour réactiver les achats.”Les achats sont actuellement désactivés. Contactez-nous pour réactiver les achats.” ( Payments are not allowed, please contact assistance).
The problem is that I don’t know where I can contact the assistance, I only have access to forum and documentation …
Can you help me please ?
