    I contacted WordPress earlier because the ‘years’ stats graph wasn’t updating. I tried refreshing and clearing my browser cache. It’s still not working. Now the ‘days’ graph won’t update, either. The screen just freezes.

    I’m using Internet Explorer 11 as my browser. The machine I have is a Dell laptop with Windows 7.

    Could someone let me know what I need to do to fix? Thanks.

    I checked your stats in IE11 on Win7 and all the stats tabs load without problem for me, showing all the info they should be showing.

    If clearing the browser cache and cookies didn’t help, then it might be a connection problem. Please unplug your modem/router from the power source for a few seconds to reset it, then reconnect and see if that makes any difference.

    Also please check if the stats page loads correctly if you use a different browser like Firefox or Chrome.

    Thanks very much for responding so quickly.

    When I logged onto the computer today all the stats came up as they should have. I think you were right about a potential internet connection problem.

    After I sent the email last night I remember that a few weeks ago I encountered a similar issue on my Kindle. After a day or two it started working again.

    If I encounter this issue again I’ll turn my router off and back on.

    Also, I apologize for not using my original email thread. Last night when I clicked on the link I couldn’t get back into it. That might have had something to do with a bad connection, also. At any rate, sorry about that.

    Thank you very much for getting back to me. I sincerely appreciate the quick response. In three years of using WordPress this is the only issue I’ve encountered; and it didn’t have anything to do with WordPress itself. Thanks again.
