Hello, please I need some help. I payed 96 euros to have a Premium website with the adress of the web site, free the first year. I my credit card has been debited. I have a bill too which was sent to me the day I payed.
On my profil, its written, not payed. I dont understand.
I have created my website with the free adress because I can’t do other way, but I payed for a Premium and a name of “domaine”(sorry for my english Im french)
I really need some help please. French moderteur told me to write to you. Thank you. If you need to contact me Please I will be secured in my mind.

Would you like for your site that appears at stellapaint.wordpress.com to appear at the domain stellartist.gallery instead, and use Premium plan as well?

I choosed the domaine stellartist.gallery, yes, and payed for a Premium, so yes, if it’s possible, if I can have the name stellartist.gallery for my website it could be great.
I actually use the free name stellapaint.wordpress because I had no choice, even pay a second time. So I choosed this way for the moment, but if you can change that and give me the name stellartist.gallery it could be great. And also that I have the Premium website…

What happened here is that you have purchased the domain and plan under a different account:
galparoliesther. This account is using a different email address. You will want to log into that account and transfer the domain to stellapaint.wordpress. Here you will find detailed instructions on how to do that:https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/transfer-a-domain-to-another-wordpress-com-account/
Once that is done, you will want to reach out to us (still from that other account) via https://wordpress.com/help/contact and ask that we move the subscription to stellapaint.wordpress.com.
If you don’t remember the credentials to access that account, please look for the transaction ID on your bank statement and send it to

No, the old address will be redirecting to the old one and it will not affect your follower’s count.

Hi, thank you, I think I did what you said.
I invited “Stella698″(the account on which I created my website) to be an administrator for Stella (the account of purchase domaine and premium account). But there’s an error, 2 times I invited Stella698 and when I go ti check the invitation, it doesnt appears. So when I try to transfer the domaine, appears a new window, where it’s written “you can’t transfert your account, you are not allowed”. I think I need you to allow Stella698 to be an administrator, because I can’t confirm and see my invitation already sent 2 times, and I think only after that it will be ok to transfert from Stella at Stella698.. thank for your help..

Hi, thank you, I finally received the email (invitation to be admin), so the transfert of domaine was successful, but now, I have 2 websites on the same profil, its ok, but how can I have the adress “stellartist.gallery” (the domaine I payed for) for my actually freewebsite? If I understood correctly, you would like to transfer plan, or better, switch plans between your two WordPress.com sites?
If so, I believe that contacting WordPress Happiness Engineers via Live Chat (or Support Ticket) would be the best, because (as far as I know) there is no way to transfer plans without support staff assistance.

My problem is, I just payed 96 euros for a premium and an adress domaine, but for the wrong profile so the wrong site.
That’s why I joined/associated the two profiles in one. But there is always the fact that the payment is for the wrong website. I just need from WordPress, that my purchase could be use for the site I began to create. If someone can tell me whome I can explain the problem.

stella698must own the premium plan, you will need to log in and comment asgalparoliestherto request that. Only the account that owns a plan can request that we move it. -

And if I comment this discussion with the other account, and ask that (the same thing: have the premium on my actually website galerie de stella)with the other account, can you confirm me that I will have all my works stellapaint.wordpress (website galerie de Stella) in Premium with a the adress web stellartist.gallery ? Because I need to keep my work, my posts, everything, I don’t have any backup, and I’m affraid to lose it.
If its not possible, I can remake my website exactly on the other account to have the premium and adress, but it will take time. -
Hi the Staff, please can someone confirm it’s possible for the website stellapaint.wordpress (stella698) that I can have a premium (that I payed in this account first) and a change of adress, which could become stellartis.gallery (the domaine i payed on that account) and also keeping all my work, articles, photo,text everything that I have already did.
Because all my work is on stellapaint.worpress, but I need an other website Adress (stellartist gallery) and the Premium. I just used to work on the wrong account. And now everything is complicated because I payed for a profil where there is nothing, any work at all.

Alright, it looks like you have already moved the domain to the correct site. I have now moved the Premium plan as well so both subscriptions are on the site stellartistgallery.wordpress.com – it is now using the domain stellartist.gallery and you have all the perks of plan Premium.

I’m really sorry but nothing changed. I can’t see my works (my paintings, pages,text) on stellartist.gallery. it’s empty, as before it was.
I need that the website on which I already worked and posted images, text etc… become (the adress) stellartist.gallery and not stellapaint.wordpress, and that it would become a premium website too, for me to be easier do more and have better possibility.I’m sorry but I don’t understood what you’ve done dear.
Actually stellartist is empty of any works because I worked on the other, but I don’t need two websites. I just need to keep my work and that adress of work be called stellartist.gallery.
But actually my work is on stellapaint.wordpressI don’t know if you understand me. I have created a website, and I would like to give to people my adress stellartist.gallery and when they go on, they see my work, my paintings etc (which is actually on stellapaint)… I don’t need 2 websites. Just one with my paintings, my text, so one website called stellartist.gallery, with my paintings work.
So sorry for that, but I’m not a specialist. Thank you so much.
If there’s no solutions, I’ll be forced to remake my website in the good place, start all over on the new and empty website, to be in the right place in stellartist and no more in stella paint. But it will take a lot of time. I think there’s solutions no? Do you understand? :-) -
I’ve really been thinking about this, and I think I’m going to start over and redo my website on the stellartist gallery domain. So there will be no need to make any changes. I didn’t want to have to start over, but I will.
It was only a connection error, a mistake, at the beginning, I had added a “point . ” in my email adress (but the 2 adress email exist, with and without point), and this small error led me to work and create my site on the wrong profile, on which I had paid nothing. So I thank you all very much, but I will redo my site on the good place, on stellartist, this way I will have the good adress (stellartist.gallery) and the premium plan.

I just wanted to let you know that I’ve started to redo my website on Stellartist gallery, I’ve been redoing everything from the beginning and will continue on that one, applying new modifications. Using Stella698 to do it. So I will have the web adress I wanted and the Premim (it was paid for this one). So solution found 🙂
