Contact your web host.
pamelakopfler.com is hosted by InMotion Hosting
Name Servers:
ns2.inmotionhosting.com
ns1.inmotionhosting.comThat site is not on our WordPress.COM servers. You are posting to the wrong support forum to get support for it. Also be aware of who the web host is for your site and contact them directly for any hosting issues.
This is wordpress.COM support. We do not provide support for local installs of wordpress.ORG software, or for wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
wordpress.org support
The wordpress.ORG support forum is at http://wordpress.org/support. The wordpress.ORG login link is here https://login.wordpress.org/ If you do not have an account yet then click Create an account https://login.wordpress.org/register/ and if you have lost an account password click Lost password? https://login.wordpress.org/lostpassword/
WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page
See also https://apps.wordpress.org/support/ for app support.Jetpack support
Some Jetpack solutions are here http://jetpack.com/support/
Others are in the Jetpack support forum at WordPress.org

However, if help cannot be found at either one then they can file a Jetpack support ticket here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?jetpack=needs-service -
I have other sites at WP I can’t access because I’m locked out. This all happened when I opened privacy to transfer my pamelakopfler.com to InMotion. I could not do it because my email couldn’t be verified. I did not receive the email. Then I was locked out. IM finished the transfer but I have no access to the data on my WP sites now.Pamela

@southernauthor can you let us know which sites you can’t access? Send the addresses and we’ll take a look. For what it’s worth I can see several sites with coming soon pages, but that’s about it.

I am signed in on one computer. I can get in to everything except the pamelakopfler.com site. I can’t sign on from any other computer. I get a message that my email/username is not found. According ‘to who’ is WP still has my hosting under Wild West. I was trying to transfer when I couldn’t get my email verified. I can’t finish the process without accessing that account. Please email me off this forum. Some of this information does not need to be public.

Got it. Please go to https://wordpress.com/domains/manage/pamelakopfler.com/name-servers/pamelakopfler.com
You’ll need to click the option to verify your email address, then watch for that email and click its link.
From there, you can decide whether you want the domain to point back to your site that was here, or whether you prefer the pink heel “coming soon” page at inmotionhosting.
Let us know how else we can help.
