(ModLook) .xml file gone missing and WordPress requesting installation.
-
Hi, I’ve imported a .xml file to my site and just 10 minutes before, I found out that all the page that the .xml file create gone missing, I suspect the file is either broken or missing, is there any idea how can I solve this? I’ve tried re-import the .xml file but it doesn’t seems to work.
By the way, there is an issue that happen to my site, when I and my partner configuring the site, it will sometimes appear a WordPress installation setting and we have to wait for some minutes until we are able to get access back to our site. And the .xml file issue happens just after this WordPress installation stuff. Please help us with this.

Hi @kaywansite, the site you listed isn’t actually hosted here. You’ll want to use the forums at WordPress.org instead: https://wordpress.org/support
Bear in mind, WordPress.org installations are a do-it-yourself endeavor, but if you’ll search the forums there for the trouble you’re having, you can likely find a solution, and if not you can ask the community for help.
If you’d like, you may be able to move your site to our service so we can maintain it for you and provide support. Here’s how to get started with that once your current issue is resolved:
