Modularity Lite: Can it have a light background? Or only dark?

    About the new Modularity Lite theme: I read the webpage that describes it but my question is not answered there or when I did a Search with my key words.

    Is Modularity Lite meant to be only a dark background theme, or can it be white or light? I tried it out on my test blog and saw where some text is hard to read because the page color is dark. I’d like to see how a white page with another light color might look —— if it is possible. It seems to be presented as a dark page theme… but it has those options for header and background so I’m thinking MAYBE……………….

    This is a beautiful theme and I like the slideshow feature, even though the pictures have to come from posts rather than pictures I choose for a certain topic.

    Well, I went back and found a different option and think I answered my question. The background that I choose is for the outer edge; the inner field becomes a darker shade of that color (nice).

    The font color always stays white, making it hard to read if I choose a light color, and the links color is a blue that is not my first choice.

    So I guess I have the answer.
