Modularity Lite doesn't allow a 950x425pixel pic to be uploaded. Space 4 950×200

  I did a photoshop picture with the size of 950 pixels x 425 pixels as stated by the requirements of Modularity Lite Theme and I get only the option of 950 pixels x 200 pixels and a block that wants to crop off the rest. Why can’t I load up my 950×425 pic.
