Modularity lite header image question

Just looking for clarification on this phenomenon on my page (vjconnorphot.wordpress.com) where the last image in my slide show shows up as a static cropped image right below my page header. When I go to get rid of header image in Theme menu it says there is no header image uploaded and in use.
No matter what image I select as last in my slideshow it will show up above the slideshow. Any ideas on how to remove this feature?

You have that image set as a featured image I suspect. Open the post where you uploaded that image, find the “featured image” module in the editor window and click the “remove featured image” link and then update the post.

Actually I’m all wet on that. Go to appearance > theme options and deselect the slideshow option and save the changes.
