Mojo themes

I bought a theme called Vertu through Mojo Themes and I payed for the “WordPress Platform + Theme Installation” option. I am having trouble installing it to my wordpress website. I currently have the FREE WordPress. Any assistance would be deeply appreciated!

Get a refund because you cannot use it on http://urbanav8.wordpress.com/ or any WordPress.COM hosted blog and there’s no upgrade you can buy that changes that.
The only themes we can use on WordPress.com blogs like your blog are licensed and adapted to run on our multiuser software the themes are found here http://wordpress.com/themes/
There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs for security reasons and we cannot:
upload any third party themes,
create child themes,
create our own themes,
edit templates,
create own own layouts,
or use stylesheets from other themes.Relevant support docs:

You can create themes, upload and install themes and plugins, run ads, and edit the database, etc. If you want FTP access and to install plugins or third party themes into a site then you will have to hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up your own WordPress.org install.

So if I buy the domain for $13/year and it becomes ‘UrbanaV8.com’ I can use the mojo theme? -
No. There is no upgrade you can buy here that will allow you to add external themes.

There is no such thing. Custom Design only lets you tweak existing WP.com themes. It does not let you add external themes.
