Moka Theme multilanguage?

  Hi,
  I would like to know if I will be able to install WPML plugin in https://theme.wordpress.com/themes/moka/ in another dedicated server and make a multilingual site.

  Hi there!
  Here are instructions for making a Multilingual blog on your WordPress.com site:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/set-up-a-multilingual-blog/

  When you say dedicated server, do you mean that you want to use it at a site hosted elsewhere than WordPress.com? If so, then yes, you can install the WPML plugin.
  Sites here at WordPress.com do not allow the installation of plugins

  You could try asking at the Moka forum here if you run into a problem:
