  First, please make sure that your browser is up to date: https://browsehappy.com/

  If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.

  If it is, please do these two things:

  1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.

  2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.

  Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.

  Bonjour (from Paris)
  I am having still having trouble.
  I use firefox 91.0.2 and I could clear my browser and cookies.
  But I don’t find the extensions you speak of.

  Hi Nadine, thank you. You may or may not have browser extensions.

  To quickly rule out whether or not the problem is with Firefox, can you confirm whether you see the same problem in another browser?

  The problem is fixed : my son in law fixed it for me !
  It was the same on Safari.
