Bonjour, mon site a disparu du web, mon nom de domaine est toujours hébergé par wordpress mais mon site n’est visible ni dans l’admin, ni sur le web. Pouvez-vous m’aider. Merci beaucoup.

Bonjour, mon site est opérationnel. Voilà comment j’ai procédé si ça peut aider quelqu’un.
Après avoir constaté que mon site http://www.lamaisonlacube.fr était inaccessible, j’ai écrit à help@wordpress.com mais le support ne m’a pas répondu.
J’ai essayé d’ouvrir le site en tapant l’adresse de la page administrateur :
admin.wordpress/maisonlacubeEt là, surprise, mon site est apparu, il était donc en ligne.
J’ai écrit un mail à help@wordpress.com en leur donnant cette information.
Une heure après, mon site était à nouveau visible !
Donc ce premier problème est résolu.
Je ne peux pas administrer le site car quand je me connecte, wordpress me répond que l’utilisateur n’existe plus.
Si vous avez des idées pour réparer ce dernier problème, ce serait génial, merci !

Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? What is the URL of the site associated with the upgrade you are needing help with? Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.

The most recent ones … are inside my admin board, so I”m sorry but I can’t provide, but you could be able to find it it he folders of my account.
I tried to follow the link “recovery”, but something goes wrong and my request does not come to the end. I”ve done it several times without any success.
Could you find my account with this transaction number ? I can sent you the bill from wordpress where I”ve found it.

Thank you so much for admitting that I’am the owner of lamaisonlacube.fr.
I’m not able to log in in the correct account (email visible only to moderators and staff) because I receive this information each time : User’s does no exist.
So this is not a simple problem of login.
My website needs to be associated again to (email visible only to moderators and staff), and only WordPress can realise this step.
I send you lot of gratitude for help me to recover my admin-board !

PS : Be carefull, I tryed to recreate my adress (email visible only to moderators and staff) but I could’nt be able to connect it with my site http://www.lamaisonlacube.fr. So I’ve deleted this login the same day. I hope it won’t be a problem for my helpers !!

Just to check, are you able to log in using the username
maisonlacube(instead of the email address), as mentioned by staff-doublebassd ?If so then you can change the email address associated with that account in the profile under Account – when you are logged in on that account you can find it on this page:
https://wordpress.com/me/accountWhen you change the email address associated with the account, the system sends two emails:
- To the old email address (information email only)
- To the “new” email address – this email will contain a link you must click, in order to confirm the change
Please do let us know if you have trouble with logging in and changing the email address for that account.

maisonlacube does not exists anymore. The mail adress (email visible only to moderators and staff) has been hacked, OVH staff that ows my old domain “lamaisonlacube.com” and my email plan recommends me of never use this email adresse again.
A few years ago, I created a second acount on WordPress with “(email visible only to moderators and staff)”. Would it be possible to associate my admin rights of http://www.lamaisonlacube.fr to this adress, or another (admin.lamaisonlacube.com for example, that I never used since 2017 ?). SO I could enter again in my admin board and use all the possibilities of my site ?
Sorry of not to be able to follow you cleather advices, but the problem seems bigger but I learn a lot from professionnals like you !!
