    There are multiple ways to monetize your WordPress.com site.

    You can use WordAds offered by WordPress.com if your WordPress.com site is on the WordPress.com Premium plan or WordPress.com Business plan.

    WordPress.com sites on the free WordPress.com plan and WordPress.com Personal plan are eligible for WordAds too, if they have moderate to high traffic and appropriate content.

    If you’d like to use third-party ad networks like Google AdSense, OpenX, Lijit, BuySellAds, and Vibrant Media, those options are available on the WordPress.com Business Plan. Sites on the Premium Plan and below are limited to WordAds.

    Alternatively, there are other ways to earn: affiliate marketing, sponsored posts and more. This is possible as long as the code is supported on your WordPress.com site’s plan.
