It’s not possible to transfer ownership of an account. However, ownership of the site itself can be transferred to a different WordPress.com account:

To do so, you’ll need the username or email address of the WordPress.com user you would like to transfer the site to. D.I.P. Chronicles is set as your display name but it isn’t a valid username for any WordPress.com accounts so you may want to double check that.

We require each WordPress.com account to have a unique email address, which means two accounts cannot share one email address.

There are two blogs listed in your account:
- doltd (doltd.wordpress.com)
- davidopublications (davidopublications.wordpress.com)
Please make a screenshot of where you are seeing D.I.P. Chronicles and upload it to the Media Library on doltd.wordpress.com. There’s no need to send me a link to the file, I’ll be able to find it.

I’ve already checked and there are currently two administrators using the same e-mail address I will screen shot this also.

Thanks for the screenshot, I can see what you are referring to :)
D.I.P Chronicles is the name of the blog itself, rather than another user account. The blog name is set in My Sites > Themes > Customise > Site Identity > Site Title.
doltd.wordpress.com has another user (jodielouise1989) who is a Contributor rather than an Administrator.

Both sites are managed from one account. However, the email address is unique to your account rather than the individual sites.
I know Jodie I would like to delete my blog name davidopublications account.
It sounds like you want to delete davidopublications.wordpress.com, is that correct? Deleting a site is permanent and you won’t be able to use that address again in the future. If you are sure this is what you want to do, I can send you some information.
