  Can you monetize under a free plan? I am trying to start monetizing because I have no finances to be able to pay for the site at the moment. I want to upgrade to a business plan as soon as I start making money from the site to cover the cost. What can I do, and what can I not do. Everything says no, but a lot of other bloggers say that they can. So which is it?
