Monetizing your Site, what is the ROI?

  • Unknown's avatar

    Hi all,
I am new to blogging, but was simply curious to know what others have experienced. Monetizing your site via WordAds programs is one of the features of the Premium and Business plans. But what is return on investment?

Can anyone quantify the return based on 100 views per day?

    Much obliged for your responses.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Yup, this is a very common question for starter, you can find some detail here https://wordads.co/faq/ As for your concern:

Generally, you’re paid per impression (when the ad is seen by a visitor), not by click. That means the more visits you get, and the more each visitor uses your site, the more you’ll earn.

What you earn can vary greatly per site, depending on the following factors:

    The amount of traffic.
Where the majority of the traffic is coming from. (North American ad placements currently pay out at a much greater level than ads from other regions.)
How many visitors are using ad blockers.
The actual ads that are displayed.

From my experience, don’t expect much for 100 views per day, as with a small calculation you can see that it’s get 3k view/ months, which compare to the Internet population – is a meaningless number. As for fact, report show that your site need to be around hundred thousand of view to kind of earning a “meaningful amount”. The number is vary though This is not to disencourage :), but instead of focus on the number, for now I think you need to focus on the content itself and try to expand/ increase the volume of posts/ quality contents. Focus on the content first so your blog can reach wider audience, and from there I believe more chances of getting income not just from Wordads. Hope this help, I currently have this one ethugamer.com.
